DID - Direct Inward Dialing (in Europe also called DDI) is an option offered by Easy Solutions for use with the PBX systems of our customers. In this case Easy Solutions will provide you with a range of numbers on which one or more phone lines are linked.
The goal is that each employee cann be proviide with a personal number by the company without the need for separate telephone lines. In this way the traffic is much easier to be divided and managed.
